I'm slowing starting to see my abs emerge up from under my fat lol. Can someone take a look at my diary and see what I should clean up in order facilitate an amazing stomach.
Sidenote: I usually stick to a ratio of 40-30-30 Carbs-protein-fat...I've been carb crazy this week
Fitness-wise: I workout 6 days a week (5x cardio, 2 x strength, 1x yoga per week)
Thanks!

ofcourse abs are made in the kitches duh , little salt, pepper , then under the broiler0

you just need to maintain a consistent caloric deficit and the fat will eventually be lost, personally i don't think food choices matter all that much, although adequate protein intake would be a good thing (about 1g per lb of lean body mass)0

"It doesn’t matter how many reps of crunches you do, if your body fat percentage is too high, your abs won’t be visible. Having ripped abs isn’t a result of doing ab exercises. It’s the result of lowering your body fat percentage to AT LEAST 10% body fat (for guys), and between 14-18% for the ladies."

Would have to agree that Protein intake is vital but as regards your cardio, what are you doing specifically? Treadmill, etc? Strength include sit-ups? You look amazing by the way..0

Thank you! I take in alot of protein. 115 to 150 grams per day0 -
Also i don't think you have to do a ton of direct ab work if you are working the core through deadlifts, squats etc0

Yea I do alot of indirect core work. I try to incorporate core moves in my cardio and strength classes0 -
Your diet looks fine, and so long as you're lifting heavy weights, you'll get exactly the body type you're going for. Keep at it, and great work so far!0
