Alright so EVERYONE at work has been noticing my 30 lb weight loss. I work with my best friend and she came over to the house I was working in (multiple times) and was telling me that everyone in the house she was working in, kept talking about my weight loss and how good I looked. Nurses, staff, supervisors, everyone! I wasn't even in the damn room! She said it was on multiple occasions too. Also This guy that I work with, we've had this "thing" going on for a couple months. We just started hanging out Monday. Hung out with him Monday and last night He told me last night that He keeps hearing people talk about how good i look as well and he kept telling me I'm doing so good with the weight loss and how good I look and all that jazz. He says I looked sexy before weight loss too though ;-) My kinda guy lol
NSV 2....So when I was on the way to his apartment last night, he called me and told me that the elevators were broken. I was like "ok that's fine, i need the exercise" For some odd reason, I thought that he was on the 4th floor, so I didn't think it was going to be that bad....I get there and he comes out and says the elevators are still broken. I was like "Ok, it's only the 4th floor" He starts laughing and was like "what? 4th floor?" I live on the 10th floor! I thought he was kidding until i remembered his apt. number started with "10" and i was like "oh crap!" By the way, I was also wearing 6inch platform pumps! He's all in shape, it was a breeze for him! I had to take a break by the 8th flight. It was kind of embarrassing. But we were both able to laugh about it when we were done. He even said he doesn't know how i did that in the shoes I was wearing. The NSV part about it is that if I were 30 lbs heavier, I could have NEVER walked up those stairs and made it to the 8th flight without a break. That is awesome! And those shoes I was wearing never fit well until I lost the 30 lbs...couldn't be happier!!!

That's so awesome! I'm 20lbs down from when I started and I've noticed I can walk up the stairs without breathing heavily and even at theme parks I can walk up massive hills and stairs without being winded or in pain! It really is a HUGE accomplishment!!!!0
