My name is Zack and I'm a 16 year old junior in high school.
Over the past year I've put on a good 20 pounds so I'm trying to get it back off.
A lot of it is from weight lifting but I've still got a gut I'd like to get rid of.
I'm also diabetic so that makes losing weight a little more complicated.
But any who hi everyone :]

Welcome and best of luck. You can do it. When you put in your food for the day- add an extra setting that includes sugar- this may help. Under the food tab select settings add sugar. Good Luck.0
