My calorie goal each day is 1950. Should I maintain a deficit on the days I'm not exercising? For example, consume 1500 calories on the days I'm not exercising.

Thanks so much. I just don't want my body to go into starvation mode and be stuck at the same weight like I had been prior to joining MFP.0
