100 Calorie snack packs

I saw Pringles 100 pack but i doubt thats healthy.. I hear that there are rice cakes for 90 calories but
Which ones are healthy to have? or what should i look out for?

Watch the sodium! If they have over 250 mg of sodium in them, I wouldn't buy them. If the sodium is low, then I would say they would be ok as long as you eat the serving size0

The low sodium rice cakes with a tablespoon of peanut butter!! Yummy! I used to eat that all the time!0

I don't think the point of 100 calorie snacks are to be "healthy" but more to help with portion control.
I can easily go through a whole bag of chips in a setting so when I have the 100 calorie packs it makes me think about eating a second bag instead of just reaching into the big bag again.
Also, I find them way overpriced. If you have the self control get a big bag of whatever you want and then divide them up into baggies in single serving sizes. Much lower cost per unit.0 -
And you are right the pringles are not the healthiest choice but if you are craving it you're craving it.... as long as your only eating one pack0

Go for the rice cakes... they are much healthier. Less sodium, less carbs and personally I think they taste better.0
