I think this is more of a midwest shop, but basically they server real fruit smoothies. You can also have nutrient shots or other items (such as whey) added to your drink.
Has anyone who has heard of this place tried it or know much about how "healthy" it is for you. It seems like it wouldn't be bad for you as long as they are using REAL ingredients.
