Question regarding pasta label

I searched, and determined that the NI on the box of pasta is for uncooked.
Question: If I'm cooking for a family of 4, how would I measure out an appropriate serving of COOKED? I really do not want to weigh out mine, and cook it separately.
Are there any conversion charts for uncooked vs cooked in terms of weight?

I wound up weighing mine separately dry, and then cooking separately. PITA.0
