My name is Tiffany and I am so in need of a healthy lifestyle and now!. I am a diabetic at only 33 simply from being overweight and hereditary. I currently weigh 169 and I need to weigh 120. I just moved to a new town and know no one and its hard to motivate myself. Im excited to see if I can do this!! I have 2 daughters and 1 husband(lol). the girls are 17 and 5 I so need to be a good role model so this wont happen to them!
