I have been using Myfitnesspal for a couple of months already. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose but wanted to slim down - I've lost 15 pounds - in all the places I needed to! The site and app for my iPhone are tremendous and very easy to use. I am not hungry but I certainly pay attention to what I am eating and make a much healthier choice when eating at a restaurant. Family and friends are paying to join a weight loss program and I have been just as successful simply by counting calories and exercising. I have recommended to many friends and will continue to do so!

that's great. I have tried weight loss programs several times and have always been told that I can't do it myself. With MFP I feel like I'm not doing it alone but I don't have to spend all that money to get there!0
