:blushing: I started this on the 29 of September. I haven't quite gotten the hang of it yet. I cant seem to do the required amounts... But im sticking in there. Can't wait to see some weight loss, it would be a HUGE encouragement.

    i started it round about the same time...even though ive been a member of MFP for a few months. I found my will power 12 days ago and feel great.

    Weight loss is slow but very rewarding.. somethimes i cant reach my calorie goal either especially after a long workout. Just hang in there and week by week you will find what works for you.

    I started in June but had a few weeks off when I came back to uni. But I am back at it and very motivated!

    Remember to take your measurements not just you weight as sometimes you shrink without losing weight ;)
