Since age 8 or 9 I've never been considered at a "healthy" weight. Even though BMI doesn't always mean anything since it can't tell your muscle mass by just your weight I still feel a sort of victory knowing that after so many years I am on the right track and almost go goal!

start 240
CW 145.6

10.6 lbs to goal

yay!

    I began my weight loss journey Jan 12 2004 @ 240 lbs.
I lost 63 lbs by August 2004. I was at 177..I then maintained that loss for 3 months and then got pregnant still weighing 177.
I had may baby in july 2005 and I weighed that the day I brought him home.
I maintained that weight for the next 5 years but then started gaining and losing the same 10 lbs last year until I said ENOUGH
I'm cracking down and hitting goal!
So February 9th this year I weighed 185
    Today 145.6
So about 40 lbs since February
