I just wondered what everyone's favorite healthy cereal is? I eat a lot of Cheerio's and Rice Chex. I do love those cereals, but I guess I'm looking for some more variety. I also like Basic Four. So what cereals do you like? (Remember healthy is the name of the game. )

Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I don't like it with milk, but add some yogurt & blueberries to it...heaven. :smooched:0

i like kashi go lean cereals - some say it tastes and looks like rabbit food - but it does have a bit of sweet to it that i like - and so do my kids!!
rice chex
honey nut and plain cheerios
raisin bran
wheat chex
oatmeal
i also eat rice with a dab of butter and milk sometimes when i just want a little something different. it is nice and warm for a cool morning.

My favorite cereal is Kashi Go Lean...... Lots of fiber and protein too!0

I mix Kelloggs All Bran- Bran Buds with my favorite cereal such as Kashi Crunch. That way I get lots of fiber and protein to fill me up. Sometimes I sprinkle corn chex or frosted mini wheats, or multgrain cheerios in it. I also add 1/8 cup of walnuts. Add a fruit, and its a complete breakfast!0

I like the Kashi Go Lean cereals, but usually just munch on them as a morning snack. I like to eat the multi grain cheerios dry too. It's a nice treat.
cereal. . .it's not just for breakfast any more !!0 -
I actually like the Fiber One cereals. You can get a honey clulsters one and the other I've tried had raisins. Its surprisingly delicious and it has 12 g of fiber in a 1 cup serving. :blushing:0

I really like the Kashi Honey Sunshine, Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted and I recently tried the vanilla flavored Kashi shredded wheat biscuits. YUM!!
I also like Fiber One Honey Oat Clusters.
And there are two great cereals at Trader Joe's I like, one is the Organic Raisin Bran Clusters and the other is Honey, Almond and Flax 9 Whole Grain Crunch Cereal. It has 560 mg Omega 3, 8 g Fiber, 10 g Protein and 15g Whole Grains per serving! And it is delicious!0 -
The Special K Vanilla Almond is Fannnntastic! :flowerforyou:0

Newman's own Honey Flax flakes are great. They give you plenty of fiber, they have a touch of honey, keep the sugar pretty low, and give you lots of vitamins and minerals.0

I'm another vote for Fiber One Honey Oat Clusters. I like to mix mine with yogurt & fruit too! I don't eat cereal much lately. I might have to get a box.0
