Today's challenge is: Arm curls
Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm
You can use anything you want as weights.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I only read your post at 2:00 Am in the morning but I liked the idea of a challange and did 100 curls on both sides with 3 lb weights0
