Bouncing Back Better Late Than Never

37 year old former fitness freak. In 2007, I developed compartment syndrome both my legs. I ended up having surgery on my right leg and it took forever to recover. During recovery, my weight gain started to get out of control and started suffering from a deep depression. 40 lbs later, I'm finally going to get rid of the weight and get back in shape. No excuses.
