Getting Passed the first hurdle...

Hi everyone, I have been on there for about a week but seriously working out for about a month. I am doing my work outs that were designed for me, but I am getting to the point where its do or die. I plateaued last week and i have my weigh in on sunday. However, this thought keeps running through my head saying "whats the point". I need help getting past this first hurdle. I lost 18 pounds the dirst 2 weeks before the plateau. Im worried I didnt lose any this week.

    Something that I need to still do, but haven't is to MEASURE!!! I was disappointed that I only lost 0.4 lbs this week, but I can tell when I put on my clothes that they are fitting better! I seriously need to get a measuring tape and get that done. That could help you see that you really are still losing even if the scale doesn't say so.
