Hello MFP. I was wondering if any of you can take a look at my diary, and give me feedback on what you think about it. (I usually do not eat my exercise cals back) Am I eating too high in fats? Sugar? Carbs? All the fats come from good fats.. mainly almond butter / pb. Sugar = mainly healthy foods such as fruits, etc. I do eat complex carbs but I would love some feedback if there is anything I should change / switch up / work on :) Thanks!!

Right now I am at my "goal weight #" but I'm not as happy with the fat still on my hips/thighs and lower stomach. So at this point I still do mainly cardio, and do light weight training with between 5-20 pound weights

Looks mostly fine, other than you appear to be eating way too little. You're only getting 500-800 calories on any given day. Unless you're 4' tall I'm surprised you're still breathing!

If you've stalled on you weight loss, try eating at maintenance for a week or two to rejuvenate your metabolism, leptin, and other hormones. With a BF % as low as yours, I'm almost cetain you're body is pissed at you right now. Refeed, get your metabolism and hormones back to normal and then start lowering your cals slowly. A few hundred cals a week at a time till you're at about 400-600 kcal deficit. Try doing fasted cardio,
    5 min warmup,
    5-10 min HIIT
    20-40 min moderate cardio
    5-10 min HIIT

you should eat your exercise cals, and do more strength training, so that you dont lose any more weight but tone up - which'll mean you still lose inches.
