so i get this snack thing from an asian supermarket...we just always call it popped rice, but im not sure what its reallly called. they put the rice mix into a machine and it uses high pressure to pop it out into a disc shaped yummy thing.
i have no idea how to add it to my diary.. is there something similar that would be close? its ALMOST like a thin rice cake, but not quite...

Stew Leonard's (a CT/NY grocery store) makes their own rice cakes that sound like that - about 7" diameter, thin? 15 calories each.0

sounds about right - sometimes they arent as big around and are a little thicker, but i think its the same weight as the thinner ones....
