Hi my name is leyla, i have been trying to get rid of this weight. I get motivated, im in the mood to workout thinking yeah this gonna work this time. After a few days i dont see results and i give up. What i really am missing is encouragement and support that i desperatly need from anyone to keep me focused. I really am amped to make it work this time, i will return the favor.

    My favorite part of logging in exercise is when at the end of the day i hit done and it tells me what i could weigh in 5 WEEKS!!!! HUGH help for me. My pms has turned me into a walking zombie but im still walkin.........

    You can add me as your friend. Are you following the MFP goals for you? If so, it will happen. I have lost 9 pounds in 26 days. Just keep going and maybe weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Keep going girl!

  • Just hang in there. when I first started I would lose a pound and then it would come back on but if you stick with it the weight will stay off and the scale will start moving in the right direction.

    You can add me as a friend, I love the support and will help keep you motivated! I think it's so important to have a team of people to help you. Believe me I am one for giving up, but I think I just might be able to do this time with a support system. =)

    We can all use friends to give us support! I don't restrict myself too much with what I eat or weigh myself everyday-too depressing.

    If I want that dang Chocolate Covered strawberry Wafflebowl from DQ that I know is horrible for me during the TOM days-I enter it into MFP and I may end up eating only that for a supper and make sure I ate decent enough the rest of the day.

    Feel free to add me as a friend - I have to say that I am the same way. If I do not see results quickly I give up. I found with MFP that I look forward to logging not only my exercise but my food as well. Its weird because I can put any number for exercise and anything in the food diary. I realize though that I would only be lying to myself so why take the time and effort to log food and exercise and be dishonest? So, throughout the day I log my food and after I go to the gym I record my HRM results . . . yesterday I burned 544 calories in 64 minutes and was excited to log that and even the days where I have to energy to exercise or have a crappy food day I am honest with myself and log it. I always know that today may have been a bad food choice day but tomorrow is a new day.
