My mom baked meatballs from the Safeway deli for lunch. These were billed as "gourmet meatballs" and the guy told her they were beef (I don't know how lean). We put them on chunks of onion to bake (to hold them up out of the grease) and I didn't eat my onions or grease. They started out at 150g each, and didn't shrink much in size, but a lot of fat cooked out.
Any idea how to log it? Most of the meatballs in the database are for prepacked ones counted by the meatball, so I'm having problems comparing.

I would use the Safeway - Fully Cooked Meatballs in the database to get a rough estimate. It says 3 are about 250 calories.0

Ground Beef 90/10 = 246 calories per 5 oz
150 g = 5.29 oz
Your Meatball at minimum = 260 calories.
Above is an EXTREME estimate. Sorry, I wish I could be of more help.0
