Jog for 30 minutes to a plastic surgeon and sign up for breast implants.

Make sure you wear a really supportive sports bra! The wiggle jiggle from working out can actually cause the girls to sag, because of all the extra motion.

If this were true, then any woman over the age of consent should have saggy breasts...guys don't usually leave the girls put away as the thunder rolls.

I've been doing a lot of bench-pressing. (I don't know the actual names of these exercises.) I lie down flat at the gym or at home, and lift weights to work my chest muscles. It seems to help a little. They've gone from going south to being a little less south focused.

Nothing but plastic surgery is going to make the twins super perky (unless you're a B-cup or under), but super perky boobs are a bit odd looking anyway.

If you lose weight and you're small-breasted, they will shrink. If you lose weight and you're big-breasted, they will sag a little more. But that's okay. You'll still look like a fox!

I believe you want to firm up the muscle that lies UNDER your boobs. No chance at firming your actual boobs - sorry

Pectoral muscles is what they are called - push ups are great for this.

A special exercise where you get down on your knees, clasp your hands together and pray that you will be the one woman on the planet not affected by gravity!

My friend refers to hers as sand in tube socks.
  • chest exercises I heard helps the twins... but mine keep on SHRINKING fml!

  • I do push ups! :-)
  • Ya whoever said pectoral muscles is right.... Pushups are great also i dont know what they are called but you go into a pushup position and then have handweights in your hands and bring one arm up to your chest and back and then the other hand. Chest flies are good also swimming.

Chest exercises with weights! And some back exercises if you want to keep your posture straight and have your "twin" look perky as well.

Do you take checks? I mean, you obviously like things that bounce.

Everyone is different and it's really hard to make an expert recommendation without pics. :)
