Healthy weight = ugly in my mind

So basically, when ever I get near a healthy weight range - my clothes look baggy, I don't like clothes shopping and I feel unfeminine without my buldges, I feel UGLY...

Yep - I have finally figured out that I actually prefer the 'fatter' sight of myself!

This aside I am tired and sluggish and less chirpy when overweight (currently by approx 7kg/14lb)

Does anyone have any advice? links? for the psychological change from being a bit podgy to becoming very slimline? I do have a very small frame. I just need help to feel beautiful without all the buldges... I figured this out by the way I kept sabbotaging my progress!

maybe you can shop for some new clothes that are not baggy on you? Have you tried that yet? I am not trying to be smirky, just wondering. I bet you look fab in some nice form fitting out fits :) Try watching what not to wear if you need style advice! I'm sure you look beautiful, it's so important to be healthy so I hope you find a way to be comfortable in your own skin.

I know you said you don't like shopping but I think you are going to have to bite the bullet and go to the mall :) At least take 20 minutes to figure out your size and then you can shop online without ever stepping into a store :)
  • I want to be slimmer, but not skinny. I weigh a lot more than I look. My body is smaller than a lot of people that weigh less than me and it makes me so mad. I want to be fit. I work out like crazy and eat right, but can't seem to get the weight off. I have PCOS and my testosterone level is way high. I can't seem to get it under control. :( I hate myself so bad because I feel disgusting.

My suggestion to you is to start thinking more positively, I know, easier said than done. I go through it too. Find some really cute clothes that fit tighter to your body so you don't feel like they are too baggy. It's all a state of mind. If you don't like being so slim then get to a weight where you still feel healthy and sexy. That's what I want.

going to a mall or a nice dept store like Nordstrom can really help, they have fantastic sales people that can help you try things on and pick stuff out that you normally wouldn't but when you try them on they look great!

the worst part for me is my boobs are smaller now- going from a DD to a C is harsh :-(
