size of a cup of water

Hi i know that its important to have the water but how big is the cup of water that you are mebt to track????

    I think you are supposed to have about 2 litres a day so I guess one cup is 250ml?
    other people will prob say they have other amounts tho lol :)

    If it helps to track, most smaller glasses/tumblers are around 8-10 ounces while the larger/taller glasses are typically 12-16 ounces.

    I had trouble with this myself when I wasn't drinking from a water bottle. You can always use an actual measuring cup to figure out how much your glasses will hold.

    Thanks for this thread as I wasn't quite sure myself. I try and count all my fluids over the day so it's a bit of a guesstimate - but so far max I get to is 6.... Usually 5....

    Getting there I think though. Certainly now get thirsty more frequently which I never used to when on 2 maybe 3 glasses a day for years!! Good sign I think.
