I am suffering with joints pain esp knees and I feel lathagic all day even when I wake up after 7 hours of sleep. I have googled it and found out its all linked.
Anybody had similar issues? and what helped/ helping u?

My mom has a D deficiency. Her Dr. put her on high dosages of vitamin D (which is triggered to work when you get a little sunlight every day) and all of her joint pain was relieved. She was able to cut back on her painkillers. I'm not sure what would help if you're TTC, but if you're able to - see an endocrinologist. Good luck!0

Hi,
I have a Vitamin D deficiency too. I take vitamins from the doctor.
Does this affect weight loss?

I also have a severe vitamin d deficiency and hypothyroid. I also suffered from joint pain for several years. I found a fantastic Dr. Who also diagnosed me with a yeast allergy that was causing my joint pain. I have been on a yeast free diet for almost 2 years. I take 10,000 iu of vitamin d-3 daily. My vitamin d levels are finally almost normal, my joint pain was gone within weeks of eliminating yeast. He also put me on a natural form of thyroid and I feel amazing. I wish everyone could be his patient because he amazing.
I would definantly get some vitamin d. I reasearched it before I started taking it and then consulted with my Dr. You can take up to 10,000 iu daily. I have taken this large of a dose for 1 year and my levels are almost normal.
Good luck, I hope you can get the results you are looking for.0 -
I don't have hypothyroidism, but I do have the lethargy and joint pain you described. I also have extremely severe migraines that sometimes last for days; and I'm only in my mid-twenties! All of these symptoms greatly contributed to my weight gain (about 50lbs over the last year). I had a hard time getting out of bed, much less running or strength training. My doctor told me I have a vitamin D deficiency.
I am vegetarian, so I couldn't take the vitamin D that she prescribed (as it comes from animal sources). I have been taking vegan prenatal vitamins and additional vegan vitamin D for the last few weeks, and not only have I lost five pounds, I have a lot more energy and a lot less pain in my joints.
Hope this info helps. I wish you lots of luck!0 -

I assume from ur display pic tht u r from india then u must know about soapnut or ritha. when u r having migraine pain crush a soapnut and dissove in 1tsp of water. absorb this water in a cotton swab and put 2-3 drops in opposite nostril i-e if migraine is in left side of head put drops in right nostril. it has helped my mom and after using twice her migraine has not come back for last 15 years.0 -
