    I am amazed to have lost so much this week. I felt that my weight loss goals were pretty right on target for what they should be, but I am blowing them out of the water! I am 0.6 lbs. from meeting my November goal with nearly a month left to go! It would be awesome to be at my challenge goal weight by Thanksgiving!

    Lost 1.2 lbs this week. Didn't meet my mini goal, but I feel like I did a good job this week. Plus, I did lots of strength training (which I'm still sore from!) so hopefully I'm building lots of muscle. :)

    didnt meet my goal , BUT it was my Birthday this week and even tho I have been working out all week and I was upset about not losing more. I was greeted with ( AF) yesterday so im not going to worry. I usually gain 5 pounds or so an then go back to normal after. 2 Thankgiving dinners this weekend and my husbands birthday on Tuesday are making this even harder but im just going to keep at it! It's 8:30 a.m here and im going to work out now to get it out of the way for the day, also I got a punching bag for my Birthday so hoping that helpo as well!!! Have a great weekend everyone :)

    This is a great Challenge it is just the wrong time for me. I am getting to frustrated. I am putting my scale away till after I have my baby. I will eat healthy and do as much exercise as I can but a cant not hold my self to a weight anymore. My baby is growing and so will I. I will keep you all posted when baby comes but for now I am out of the Challenge :( Good luck to everyone hope you reach your goals!

    This is a great Challenge it is just the wrong time for me. I am getting to frustrated. I am putting my scale away till after I have my baby. I will eat healthy and do as much exercise as I can but a cant not hold my self to a weight anymore. My baby is growing and so will I. I will keep you all posted when baby comes but for now I am out of the Challenge :( Good luck to everyone hope you reach your goals!

    @Peanut- I once read that as you lose fat the fat cells immediately swell with water before they actually start shrinking. Plateaus are stinky and test our will power to extremes, a test I frequently fail,. Perhaps try a different exercise routine and maybe increase your water. Eventually your body will realize you mean business and it will begin letting go of the weight., until then hang in there

    A loss of 1.5kg (3.3lb)

    Extremely happy :happy: In the last 3 month challenge I lost a total of 1.7kg (3.7lbs). And was extremely disappointed. So thought I was expecting a lot aiming for a kilo a month. Not sure what has made the difference. I am more consistant and relaxed with my exercise. I am a bit more knowledgeble about my food choices and I drink a lot more green tea.
    Love being ahead of schedule, bit scary also. remembering also that last week I stayed the same so this is really a 2 week loss.
    Have a family function today, why is everything celebrated around food.

    Yep, weigh yourself on whatever day works for your weigh-in during that window of time and post your new weight, as well as how much you are down / up.

    Falisha usually does a new chart Sunday night, Monday at the latest, but this week is Canadian Thanksgiving and she is in NYC enjoying a few days with friends. :smile:
