Hey - It's working!

Okay, I started 4 weeks ago at 158. I always promised myself that I would never weigh more than 150. But of course by the time I got around to doing anything, I was at 158. Today, I weighed in at 149.4 - - - - Yeah!!!!!
It's the first time in almost 2 years that I have weighed less than 150 (even though I'm just a little under). I still have 15 to do, but every milestone is worth a bit of celebration

congrats on the weightloss. I said the same thing about 250 lbs. But I ended up going up to 253. I also said I'm not getting up to 300 lbs I don't care, so now I'm now happy to say that I am 244 lbs. Keep up the good work. I know I sure will. I can't wait to be able to cross my legs again. lol0 -
