Can someone tell me how to log a Zumba class? I realize that it's a brand name, but I'm not sure how to log it correctly. Is it Aerobics, high impact? Thanks!

zumbacalories.com
it will give you an idea of what your burning and you can just make your own exercise in the database :happy:0 -
I have a heart rate monitor and log it accurately that way. If you can't find what you are looking for when you search for an exercise it will give you the option to create a new exercise. There are websites that give the average calories burned based on your weight if you don't have a HRM. A HRM is a great investment. I got mind for 70 bucks and it can even go in the pool.0

I made my own Zumba log using the zumba calorie calculator at this website: http://www.zumbacalories.com/
