While I was at the grocery store last week I was trying to find the difference between steel cut and regular. I ended up buying the Heart Healthy ones. What is the difference with steel cut??0 -

Steel cut oats are the inner part of the oat kernel, which was cut not rolled. They take a long time to cook, like 30-40 min stovetop, which is why the crock pot is soo good for them!0 -

Just FYI, I goofed posting the amount of Stevia cup for cup, I corrected the error! It's suppose to be 1/2 cup not 1 cup. If you use 1 cup it will be too sweet!0
