how many calories in just one? obviously im having more than one but i want to know the exact number so i can get my cals right?

  really?! the whole packet is 95 cals for 144g and theres quite a few in there? i had 4?

  How did you cook them, that can make a difference. I did find that one Jumbo Steamed or boiled shrimp plain, no sauce, no butter ect. is 14 Calories

  Measure by gram using:
  http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/generic/raw-king-prawns/
  
  Then add other stuffs that you cook with the prawns.

  they were the lyons ones, and they didnt look 'jumbo' haha if that helps :P x

  Well, if they weren't really "jumbo", my calorie guess is wrong.
