Epic Fail

I was all pumped to start 30 day shred today. I could only get thru 10 minutes of it before i was huffin and puffin and drippin with sweat. How embarrasing because i didnt think the workout was that difficult (when you watching it lol.) Guess that shows how much work i have to do.

The 30 day shred lives up to it's name. I got through about a week of it and couldn't go on any longer. haha. I haven't had the urge to pick it back up. I'd rather go at my own pace and mix and match between work outs.0

To funny, it's so true! It really looks easy while your wtching the video! I'm managing to get through the whole work out, but I'm dying, and sweating from head to toe! Is it weird that I like to sweat now! Lol0
