I've now lost somewhere around 50 pounds since August 2010, so I thought I'd mark the occasion by making a pretty little thread about it 
This was actually in September 2010, but still around 250 (I was converting from kgs, but it was something like that) when a friend was visiting me in Rome:
And this was today after my run, at 200!
Still have about 50 pounds to go, but I'm getting there!
