    18 years old, got sick of being fat and overweight, started going to the gym everyday for 2 hours walking and didnt eat junk food or foods with a lot of fat, Weighted 447 then and now im down to 234. You have to want to do it for yourself. My lifes so much different, i still look at chairs like hmm. is it gonna break if i sit on it. but not anymore, im healthy, you can be too.

    Amazing loss!!! You are totally right, it's not going to happen until you want it so bad you can taste it!
