Hey all,

I've been here a while. I'm from canberra australia and sometimes feel overwhelmed by the americans.
Any canberrans out there??

    I'm from Auckland New Zealand. I enjoy looking at what others from around the world are up to. I am focussed on 300 gms a week and anything above is a bonus. Being a normal person is the key.

    I have a long way to go and will get there one day. I think that some programs have given us unrealistic goals, I have been disappointed that I didn't lose 2 - 3 kg. In the first few weeks, they do it on Telly. I have lost 7 kHz this year and am happy with it.

    Remember to live life just don't over indulge.

    I used to live a couple of hours from Canberra, know it very well :) I'm at the top of NSW now, but I at least know where you are well enough :) I feel overwhelmed by the amount of UK and USA people here too sometimes (not that they aren't awesome - they are! :) ) but rest assured, there's lots of Aussies here too :)
