Hello All,
I started this almost a week ago and I love it. It has helped me alot..and I can already tell a difference, I just have a question for those of you that have been doing this for awhile: when you are done for the day with your updates and it say that you are under your calorie goal is that a good thing? I know that going over is bad. Thanks!

Welcome! I wouldn't say to go too far under the calorie goal.0

Yes, under calorie goal is good. If you're under 1200 calories total for one day, you will see a message from MFP pop up on the screen advising you to consume a minimum 1200 cal. For me, personally, I rarely have that problem because I like to eat.0
