Hey everyone!
I wanted to know what everyones favorite under 200 calorie snack is. Here are my favorites:
1/2 cup of yogurt (whatever your favorite flavor is!)
1 small apple cubed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp of Bell Plantation Powdered Peanut Butter (PB2)
Mix all together and dig in! This is my favorite fall treat.
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup of your favorite fruit ( I love pineapple or strawberries)
Mix and enjoy!
1 banana sliced ( I use frozen bananas in the summer for a cool treat)
1 tbsp of your favorite PB
Divide the tbsp of PB evenly on each slice of banana and enjoy!
Let me hear yours!

Watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, pretty much ANY fresh fruit or melon, cut up. I am really loving the fresh produce the past few months.0

I am addicted to the Quaker Chocolate DIPP bars. They are like a candybar to me.0

I like the banana but I use All Natural Better N' Peanut butter Chocolate flavor (only 100 calories for 2 tablespoons). It is yummy!
Also, the Jello-O 60-calorie puddings topped with fat free Reddiwhip and a tablespoon of sugar-free chocolate syrup! MMMMMMM0 -
