We have just had our bathroom refitted all lovely now but not sure if hair dye will stain my new bath! I need to do it soon!

    when i dye/highlight my hair i use the kitchen sink. that way you don't have to worry about staining anything

    I managed to splatter purple hair dye all over the bathroom floor and it wouldn't come up....until I got the bleach on it ! :o)

    Really depends. As others said, do it in the sink till you are sure. Most 'normal' color hair dyes are fine though

    We rent so when i dye my hair, i throw an old king sheet over the sink and floor bc I know there's gonna be drips and splatters, lol.

    Thanks guys i am just gonna use the kitchen sink to be on the safe side if i mark the bath & tiles..... hubby won't be happy!

    I've never had an issue with stains in the tub or shower, but sometimes some would dribble onto the sink and leave a mark... Those thick liquid toilet bowl cleaners work well for lifting stains on sinks.

    I'm with the others on this use the kitchen sink if your in doubt but most are ok

    glad your happy with your new bathroom!!!
