Has anyone tried this? My cousin seems to be getting results and I'm looking for more input..

    Never heard of it, but if all it took to get in shape was 4 minutes, nobody would be out of shape.

    I Googled it. It would make a nice warm up for a work out.

    If it involves exercise, do it! Any movement out of your ordinary routine is good, especially if you are just starting out or have a lot to lose.

    Do you mean the Tabata Protocol? Yes, that can be an intense workout. That is the point...it's very intense interval training.

    It's apparently a diet and exercise regime.... high protein. I always feel a little wonky on high protein diets.....
