Never heard of it, but if all it took to get in shape was 4 minutes, nobody would be out of shape.0

I Googled it. It would make a nice warm up for a work out.0

If it involves exercise, do it! Any movement out of your ordinary routine is good, especially if you are just starting out or have a lot to lose.0

Do you mean the Tabata Protocol? Yes, that can be an intense workout. That is the point...it's very intense interval training.0

It's apparently a diet and exercise regime.... high protein. I always feel a little wonky on high protein diets.....0
