Hi everyone,

I thought i would just pop my head in and say hi. Ive only just started, literally on Friday. So im still getting the hang of putting everything that i eat down.

I love this app, its on my phone, and it goes everywhere with me, so theres no excuse not to fill it in. I already know that sweet stuff is my down fall, and lack of exercise.

I work in an office sat at a desk all day, so dont feel much like exercising after finishing work.

Im really hoping that this will show me, and make me aware of just exactly what im eating, and that way i can then, alter or modify what im having.

I do think that alot of us, get that used to just putting food in, we dont actually realise, that what we are eating isnt good for us.


Thats it for now, im off to have a nosy round the website. :>
