I don't have any sites, but I can provide you with a couple of beginners suggestions

    1. get on your hands and knees. lift one arm straight out in front of you while straightening the opposite leg out in back. Hold for 15 counts and return to all fours. Repeat with the opposite limbs. Do these as sets, building the number of times AND the length of time you hold each one.

    2. Lay on the floor. Place your toes inder your feet (so your heels are up in the air) and lift yoursefl up off the floor and resting on your elbows. Your forearms and hands will be palm down in front of you. This is the Plank! Your back should be a "plank" from your shoulders to your feet, so don't let your back hump up or swag down. Hold this for 20 seconds before releasing back to the floor. This should be practiced and increased in length to 1 -2 minutes.

    Hope this helps!

    here is the url

make sure you put it in the very top, not in a search engine (like yahoo or google)

I just checked, it's still working. (fyi, you had the url mistyped)

I copied and pasted it up to the address line and it worked for me too! Needed to be a little patient though - had a black screen for about 20 - 30 seconds or so.

Yeah, I think I need to have a chat with the website admin at men's health, IT pro to IT pro. That's just unacceptable. anything more then 4 seconds it way to long for a periodical website.

I also might see if your library has the "Core Secrets" series. I bought the DVDs, but after you learn the exercises you don't really need them anymore (and the guy is sort of annoying, IMHO).

My osteopath says they are really good, because they work your abs and back in all planes. They are also not super-duper hard if you are just starting out. Probably you could get them on amazon for pretty cheap, too.

    Just another option.
