Lunch For 2morrow?

Ok so I added up my stuff for tommorrow and I'll have roughly around 734 to 699 cal left for dinner and a snack for tomorrow night. Is this too much:?

WW bread
Deli Ham
Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
Reduced Fat Cheese it's
10 oz of botted water in a water botte with 1 packet of crystal light

should i have:

A pear cup
fiber one bar

or should I skip them?

    I would pre-add everything into your diary for tomorrow and see where you stand. If something is too much, you can delete it and find a better alternative.

    definatly give yourself snacks!! it so helps me to plan my snaks just like my meals!
    breakfast 300-400
    am snack 100
    lunch 300-400
    pm snack 100
    dinner 300-400
    evening snack 100

    i always (try to) eat something high in protein for breaskfast (jump starts the metabolism) and then a modest lunch/snacks and i save as many calories as possible for dinner simply because i like to eat more at night than during the day...at work i dont have time to think to eat....but at home after kids go to sleep, i want comfort, so i eat....hence save cals

    so i dont think your saving too many BUT that depends on how many your eating daily too
