I do not understand what the reports mean. An example is calcium. According to the reports on the left side of the graph it says % recommended and the graph goes up to 160. According to the Mayo clinic the recommended daily intake for men between 19 and 70 years old is 1000 mil. So what do the graphs mean?:ohwell:

  • I think it is the percent of the recommended amount of calcium.....

for example, if 1000 mil is the recommended amount of calcium per day and you take in 500 mil, your report should show you at 50...as in 50%.

That's what I get from it anyway!

Thanks for the reply. If this is the way you read them then what does the 160 on the graph mean? 160 %?
