Hello Everyone!

I am new to the group but no new to trying diets and exercise. I've been struggling with my weight for many years. In fact as a teenager I was anorexic. This does not help me with dieting because I tend not to eat and thus, what I do eat just gets stored. I've been walking and changed my eating habits for about a month now but am losing the motivation to continue. I don't want to stop because it really felt good going to the doctor and actually had some weight loss. Oh - I forgot to mention that I have just been diagnosed with diabetes and was started on insulin. This makes it even the more challenging and adds stress to losing weight.
