Feel Alright - Kardinal Offishall... Not only does it have an amazing beat but it samples an Army cadence and I always find it SUPER motivating

I'm a big heavy metal fan, so lots of Metallica, Megadeth, and Iron Maiden.

My running song is the 11-minute Dope House Family song that you find when you look up Dope House Family on youtube. It's the realest~.

I also listen to Caramelldansen on the elliptical 'cause it's fast.
And Origa's "Rise," anything by Orange Range.

The Strokes are great for rowing, and Nelly Furtado is great for the stairmaster.

And when I'm feeling sad and fat, I listen to Lonely Island 'cause it makes me smile.

That's why I like Prodigy, they have some insane aggressive beats happening!!

The angry/aggressive music does the same for me.. makes me feel all determined and like "F*** all you who don't think I can do this!". HAHAHAHAHAAAA

I walk to Kid Rock, Saving Abel and other rock. I work out to Asher Roth or any of the top 40 popsters, Green day or anything alternative.
