White Devil Stir Fry

This stir fry gets its name because of the white cabbage color and the heat from the sriracha. It's a perfect dinner when you are low on calories at the end of the day. The key is to substitute something for the noodles or rice that you're used to. It'll take about 15 minutes to prepare. Try this:
Ingredients:
1 *small* cabbage
1/2 medium red onion
1 can wood-ear mushrooms
1 crown of broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
1 or 2 Morningstar Original Chik patties
sesame seeds
sriracha sauce
green onion
.5 tblspoon of olive oil or sesame oil.
Shred the cabbage and dice the onion. Add the oil to a wok on med-hi heat. Add the cabbage, onions and broccoli and stir. Add the mushrooms after about 5-8 minutes. Cut up the Chik patty into little pieces. Add the pieces last.
Add sriracha sauce (or a little bit of Trader Joe's Red Thai Curry sauce, OR both!), garnish with fresh, diced green onion and roasted sesame seeds. Awesome dinner with lots of fiber, and really filling.
