stripping and sanding a porch

Today and probably several days from now, I will be stripping the paint off of my front porch, sanding it down and then re-painting it. I know I'm doing some sort of physical activity cause my arms are sore. How would I log that?

    You could put decorating in. Housework comes up. Happy exercise x
