Who has set themselves a weekly challange ?

My challenge I have set myself for this week is no bread, no red meat. I haven't had any weight loss this last 7 days (other than it going up 2lb and then back down again 2lb) so will see if this helps :-)

Have also got a challenge going with another MFP friend of drinking 2 litres of water a day, something I have been struggling to do now the weather has turned cooler - so far it is working - thanks ChocFiend :flowerforyou:

Anybody else set themselves a weekly challenge ?

    My week challange is No carbs (well its hard to have no carbs) low carbs..

    So

    NO: bread
    rice
    pasta
    potatoes etc etc

    I try to do 420 minutes of exercise a week. I'm also not drinking alcohol for 21days and trying to cover 100 miles this month in running, walking and swimming. Need to do the waterthing too!

    I have a weekly weigh-in challenege of trying to loose 2lbs / week but this week I want to go swimming 3 times and am hopefully going to a new ballet exercise class that has started near work!
