what is a good goal waist measurements?

i wanna figure out what a good waist measurement to aim for is...
any ideas?

    I was looking at a poster at the doctor's that said that a healthy waistline was less than 80cm. Apparently, this reduces the risk of heart disease.

    I think it also depends on your height. If you are very tall you add a little, if you are shorter than average you take a little off but I think it's only a centimetre or so.

    I was going to post the same. I am 5'5", weight 128 lbs and my waist is 28. I think that's pretty big for my height and build. I have no hips, and go straight up and down. I am an apple shape, though, made worse by having children and a caesarean. I think realistically 27/28 is the smallest mine is ever going to get. It was 27 even when I was anorexic as a teenager. I don't have the space between my ribs and hips to go in at all.
