Hey ya'll! Everyone is doing great and I love how supportive you have been. I have had such a tough time trying to get past this platau. You guys have been amazing through all of this! We still have a couple more weeks before our half way point, so we really gotta keep pushing! Our exercise challenge is a pretty tough one this week, so hang in there and try your best!!!!!!!!!!!!
Week 6 Food Challenge: OK, so a couple weeks ago we did fruits, so now it’s time for veggies! Be sure to get in your recommended amount of veggies. If you already do get your veggies, get in your fruits!!
Week 6 Exercise Challenge: STAIRS!! OK, there are several ways to do this. Get the dust off the old stair-master, use the stairs at work, use your stairs at home, anywhere you see stairs, lets do them for 10 minutes! If you have absolutely no way of doing stairs, do 5 minutes of knee highs. Here’s a video of knee highs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AesqxPFy6ig YES, this is a HUGE cardio week! Time to really get our hearts pumping!!

Stairs are awesome! I take the stairs at work, except in the morning when I have all my things and I use the stair steppers at my gym. I like it because it's quick and easy.0

There are NO stairs anywhere in my life! I guess there's a high school down the street with a football stadium... looks like I'll be doing bleachers this week0

I have two sets of stairs in my home i will do them a few extra times this week i old love to loose 20 that would put me in the one hundreds i havn't been there for years0

I'm going to do 20 minutes of stairs tonight, or try to, since I missed yesterday. I actually went up 2 lbs this weekend, but seeing as how I was one lb lighter just this morning, I'm blaming high sodium, so I'm just going to keep my weight from last week.0

How's everyone doing with the stairs challenge?? How about veggies?? I havent' done the greatest with veggies but I have been doing pretty good with fruit, although I forgot to add it yesterday to my diary I had a ton of grapes!! Everyone is doing so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

I've managed to do the stairs every day this week except for Monday. Veggies I haven't been having the greatest of luck with because I am super, super low on the money and have only been able to eat what I have at the house and instead of buying that $0.70 cucumber, I've been counting the nickles and dimes to buy that chicken strip sandwich >.< bad, bad, I know.0
