    Tuna with 1 tbsp Hellmanns light mayo and a dab of relish=tuna salad on 2 slices Village Hearth 12 grain bread (only 80 calories) with 1 slice of fat free Kraft American cheese and 1 roma tomato in slices. I had 14 baby carrots on the side and a sugar free Cherry yogurt.

    I'm getting ready for my mid-afternoon snack: 32 fat-free pretzel thins, a medium apple, and a 100-calorie pack of almonds.

    I had a huge lunch because I went to the gym this morning and burned quite a few and was super hungry!. But, all of this food was still 545 calories. I tend to eat a little less at breakfast (usually around 200 calories) and have a bigger lunch.

    Lunch
    Amy's Kitchen - Mexican Tamale Pie, 1 pie
    Trader Joes - Whole Wheat Hot Dog Buns, 1 roll
    Trader Joes - Turkey Hot Dogs, 1 hot dog
    Gulden's - Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 Teaspoon
    Heinz - Ketchup, 1 tbsp 15 4 0 0
    Josephs - Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 4 tbsp
    Old London - Garlic Melba Snacks, 10 pieces
    Add Food Remember Meal

    By the way, the Trader Joes Turkey hot dogs are delicious!! Super healthy. No casings, no nitrates and very flavorful on their whole wheat buns.

    I'm in Seattle so lunch is right now...

    Wanted to splurge my urge for sushi but don't have time, so instead I'm having:

    Sugar Snap Peas
    Sliced Carrots
    Black Beans
    Edamame
    (all steamed)

    1/2 cup of couscous

    Medium Nectarine

    *FYI - if you're in the store and see Nectarines from Chile (lot # 4378) buy some - they are WONDERFUL!

    I can't wait for all the summer time fruits!

    I had a business luncheon to attend. We don't get choices for the meal so I am always wanting to see ahead of time what my choice will be for my plate. Knowing I had this luncheon I did a slimfast in the morning for breakfast.

    Today:

    Roast Beef - thinly sliced in nature sauce
    mashed potatoes
    carrots
    roll
    salad
    Raspberry Sherbet

    I had 1 slice of meat (thinly sliced)
    1/8 cup of potatoes (small spoonful)
    1/4 of a cup sherbet
    plateful of salad and carrots

    I did good dodging land mines today!!!

    I tried something new today.

    Heated up a Morning star better n burger, cut that up and then rolled it up in a low-carb whole wheat wrap with light mayo, mustard and ketchup and some of my leftover salad from last night.

    I like to call it my "no burger no bun burger" :laugh:

    It was absolutely YUMMY!

    I'm supposed to eat an orange too but I'm so full right now I can't! :frown:

    I had a portabella Mushroom on a toasted wheat bun dressed with a dribble of Olive Oil, spinach, mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato, and a tablespoon of pesto sauce. mmmmm

    I splurged and had lunch at Olive Garden and ate:

    angel hair pasta with marinara sauce ( I ate half of a lunch portion)
    salad with fat free italian dressing
    2 breadsticks
    ice tea

    2 slices of wonder light wheat bread - 80 calories 1/2 package of imitation crab meat -88 calories
    1 1/2 tblsp light mayo - 60 calories 2 stalks celery cut up - 11 calories
    then i had a russel stover chocolate - 80 calories
    I figured I had enough cals I could splurge a little
    now bf is talking about buying pizza and drinks for dinner
    now I really have to work to fit that in.....sheesh!!!
    Thank goodness I have 635 cal left for the day maybe a slice of pizza, a salad and a low cal drink
