Weekend Success

I'm just really proud of myself for this past weekend. Normally weekends are a big downfall and I end up eating ALOT and gaining back! This time, I started off by eating a bowl of oatmeal and going for a long walk, We ended up at a diner for lunch, and although I wanted to eat I sustained and had cottage cheese and an indidual can of tuna off the diet menu! Sunday was great I got up had my oatmeal(again) and walked 3.19 miles! I am happy I got through a weekend with losing weight instead of gaining it!!
