My mom was trying to do the 4 day diet and I could never find it for her. After reading about the dangers I decided she should skip it. Did you try the health food store or herb shop? You can also buy it online.

GNC and other health food stores, it is a colon cleansing product, up to 15 puonds of undigested food lays rotting in our colons, I have used it, it does cleanse the colon well and I think it speeds up the digestive process. Better use from the calories you eat. after an appropriate period of use, usually three or four days does the trick.

    No it doesn't.
If that were the case, you'd be septic and/or dead by now.

    LOL

Fungi are delicious-- I love mushrooms! Chiropractors know a lot about joint and muscle manipulation. But they are not gastroenterologists. I think people make the mistake of assuming that a specialist in one area will know everything about all the other areas as well.
